St. John Engineering, LLC is an Engineering, Planning, and Environmental Consulting Firm, located in Manchester, Tennessee. Scot St. John, the founder of the Firm, and the remainder of the staff have well over 70 years of experience in the engineering and environmental fields.
Since our creation in 2001, we have completed an array of projects, including all types of civil/environmental/structural engineering projects, facility design projects, environmental permitting and compliance projects, and municipal planning projects.
By limiting the area of service to the Middle Tennessee area, we have been able to provide a superior level of service at a reduced cost, as compared to the larger firms based in the Nashville area.
We have successfully completed projects for over 250 clients including municipal, industrial, and private developers. Projects have ranged in size from small drainage improvements to regional industrial park developments.
We have experience with federal and state grant programs that includes application preparation, environmental submittals, design, administration, and inspection. Grant experience includes TDOT, TDEC, CDBG, and USDA programs.
